ClientKit AI collects only the information needed to manage early access requests, understand advertising traffic, and contact people who ask to hear from us.
Information we collect
When you join early access, we may collect your email address, name, role, message, IP address, browser user agent, referral page, landing page, UTM campaign fields, and Google Ads click identifiers such as GCLID when they are present.
How we use it
We use this information to save your early access request, notify the ClientKit AI team, contact you about the product, prevent duplicate signups, reduce spam, and understand which campaigns are useful.
Advertising and conversion tracking
If advertising conversion tracking is enabled, a successful early access signup may be reported to the advertising platform so we can measure whether ads are working. Tracking is disabled unless the required advertising IDs are configured.
Sharing
We do not sell early access lead information. We may use service providers such as hosting, email, and advertising platforms to operate the website and measure campaign performance.
Retention
We keep early access information for as long as needed to manage the waitlist, plan the product, and run launch communication. You can request removal at any time.
